Aihlaa Mahashi Cafeteria is a locally trusted Middle Eastern cafeteria based in Ajman, specializing in authentic ورق عنب (Waraq Enab) and traditional Mahashi (محاشي) prepared fresh every day. We are passionate about preserving the true taste of home-style Middle Eastern comfort food. Our signature Waraq Enab (stuffed grape leaves) and Mahashi dishes are made using high-quality ingredients, carefully selected spices, and time-honored recipes passed down through generations. Every dish is prepared with attention to detail to deliver rich, authentic flavor in every bite. Our menu includes a wide range of Mahashi favorites such as Waraq Enab Mahashi (ورق عنب محشي), cabbage Mahashi (محشي ملفوف), Kosa Mahashi (محشي كوسا), Batenjan Mahashi (محشي باذنجان), onion Mahashi (محشي بصل), potato Mahashi (محشي بطاطس), and Felfel Mahashi (محشي فلفل).
